Overview
Dow Inc. is a holding company incorporated on August 30, 2018 under Delaware law to serve as the parent for The Dow Chemical Company and its consolidated subsidiaries (TDCC and, together with Dow Inc., “Dow” or the “Company”). The Company operates its businesses through TDCC, a wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in 1947 and the successor to a Michigan corporation organized in 1897. Principal executive offices are located at 2211 H.H. Dow Way, Midland, Michigan 48674.
