Richtech Robotics Inc.
Overview
Richtech Robotics Inc. is a U.S. robotics and AI technology company focused on embodied AI systems. The company trains proprietary models on in-house data to operate advanced robotic systems in real-world business environments. It designs, engineers, manufactures, and deploys robotic solutions across three pillars: Commercial (food service, retail, hospitality), Industrial (manufacturing, warehousing, automotive), and Data Services (data generation for embodied AI training).
Mission: accelerate the advancement of embodied AI in the United States and build a unified data-rich AI ecosystem connecting over 100,000 intelligent robots (the “Super-Operator” vision).
Product portfolio and market focus
Commercial (customer-facing environments)
- Matradee: restaurant service robot for bussing, serving, hosting, advertising, and entertaining. Delivers food to tables and returns dirty dishes. Operates offline, performs more than 1,000 deliveries per month in busy restaurants, handles wine glasses and delicate items, and supports rapid deployments (3–4 hours).
- ADAM: dual-arm beverage robot for beverage preparation and customer interaction. Performs autonomous mixing, shaking, and espresso extraction with high-precision movement and expandability for espresso, touchless ordering, and POS integration.
- Scorpion: smaller-footprint AI-driven bartender with enhanced vision (gesture and face recognition). Crafts cocktails based on customer input and is designed for broader deployment across venues.
Industrial (heavy-duty environments)
- Titan: high-load AMR delivery robots for retail automotive, warehousing, and manufacturing. Available in expanded configurations with higher carrying capacity.
- DUST-E: autonomous cleaning robots in S and MX models. S serves spaces under 100,000 sq ft (lobbies and challenging surfaces); MX serves up to 500,000 sq ft (warehouses and factories) and is a floor scrubber with large capacity. Features include automatic charging, scheduling, and precise localization.
- Dex: next-generation humanoid robot with dual arms on a wheeled base. Powered by NVIDIA Jetson Thor for perception and planning, using a Sim2Real training pipeline and modular end-effectors. Intended for part handling, machine tending, quality inspection, and packaging. Target launch: early 2026.
Data Services (foundation for embodied AI)
- Data generation and training datasets for frontier embodied AI, including environment design, robot operation, and standardized data collection. Datasets are anchored in the United States and integrated into the company’s AI Cloud Platform (ACP).
Data infrastructure and services
- Proprietary data pipelines support faster iteration, improved safety and accuracy, and expanded capabilities across navigation, manipulation, perception, and decision-making models.
- Corporate data strategy includes collaboration with strategic AI partners to develop training foundations and future foundation models.
- Data Services feed back into product development and partner ecosystems.
Revenue model
- Transitioned from primarily hardware sales to recurring revenue through Robotic-as-a-Service (RaaS) and Data Services.
- RaaS: customers pay monthly over multi-year contracts to shorten time-to-ROI, guarantee service and warranty, and provide predictable recurring revenue.
