Unitil Corporation is a public utility holding company whose principal business is the local distribution of electricity and natural gas to customers in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. The company also owns a natural gas transmission pipeline and several non-regulated subsidiaries.

  • Unitil Service Corp. — centralized regulatory, financial, HR, engineering, IT, and energy supply management services on an at-cost basis
  • Unitil Realty Corp. — owns and manages the corporate office in Hampton, NH and land in Kingston, NH for Unitil Energy’s solar facility (operational May 2025)
  • Unitil Resources — non-regulated subsidiary
